Chat Host Role or Chat Master
The job of a Chat Master/Host is to make sure that they maintain a friendly and welcoming room and to give the players in the chat room all the information regarding any up and coming promotions and competitions on the site they are playing at.
The Bingo Chat Host is responsible for organizing all the chat games and awarding chat prizes and bonuses to the chat game winners.
Another part of their role of a chat master/host would be to help players with any queries or questions that they might have regarding the site they are playing on and any chat games that are being played.
The /Hosts are also there to protect the players and to keep a watchful eye on the chat conversations ensuring that there is no unnecessary content posted in the chat rooms.
Chat masters/hosts would have the initials CM/CH before their name ID and their font type would also usually be in a bolder color or text.
Chat Masters/Hosts are very enthusiastic, positive and friendly people who are there to maintain a very friendly and positive environment for you to be able to enjoy your gaming experience.
There is a more serious aspect of the role, Chat Master/Hosts and this is to monitor the rooms for Spam and any unlawful advertising or any type of abusive language.
The chat master/host does have the power to remove any constant offenders of any of the violations.
Firstly the Chat Master/Host would kindly ask that offenders to stop what they are doing but if the offender still continues to annoy, harass or upset other players in the chat room they would then be removed (Booted) in online bingo slang, from chat by the Chat Master/host.
